Description
These blistered big boys are absolutely bursting with crunchiness. Cooked to perfection in golden canola oil and sprinkled with salt, their hugely satisfying flavor matches their enormous size. Happy Eating!

Classic Virginia Peanut Pie
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup Karo syrup white
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup of Hope & Harmony Farms salted Virginia peanuts
Mix all ingredients for filling together. Adding peanuts last. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until firm.
Outer Edges should be brown and set.
