We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please return the merchandise within 7 days for a replacement or full refund of your purchase price not including your original shipping charges. Discrepancies reported after this time will not be addressed. Report any damaged packaging to the carrier immediately and save all packing materials (boxes, etc) for carrier follow-up. All return products must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are unsure of what to do, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Our prices include standard shipping charges within the 48 continental States except destinations noted below:
Items shipped to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands additional shipping will be added at checkout.

If by chance a product is out of stock, we may substitute a like item of equal or greater value to ensure prompt delivery.
Sorry we can no longer ship any orders directly to a foreign country (except Canada). You must call to place an order for shipments going to Canada. You will receive additional shipping charges when you call. Overseas shipments are permitted only through an APO or FPO mailing address.

Delivery Information: We ship anywhere in the continental U.S using either UPS or the US Postal Service. To speed delivery always use a street address and/or highway name and phone number for UPS. We cannot guarantee a specific date or time for delivery.
